Hello Orchestra Family,

It's seems like just yesterday we were all together at the Beginning of Year Orchestra Potluck Dinner.   
Now, only eight months later, it's time to celebrate what a wonderful orchestra program has been built in such a short time.

Please save the date and plan to attend the first annual Orchestra Banquet on Friday, May 7, 2010.  
This will be a wonderful chance to congratulate our Orchestra Students on such an impressive inaugural year
at Johns Creek High, and also a chance to honor our seniors as they graduate.

Invitations will be sent home soon with students, but here are some details:

All orchestra students, parents and family members are invited.
A catered dinner will be provided by Maggiano's restaurant; dessert will include an ice cream sundae bar.
Mr. Kim and fellow students will be presenting awards and recognitions.

We need a few parents to help with set up and decorations before the banquet.

            Cost: $20 per person

Please note: The cost of the banquet can be deducted from your student's orchestra account. 
Please make sure your student completes the "Student Account Withdrawal Form" to request these funds
by the withdrawal deadline date of April 23.
